Elevated Home: Walmart 2025 — Bed & Bath Concept, Color & Print Direction
Project Overview
Walmart approached me to reimagine their in-store home goods experience, beginning with the bed and bath categories. The goal was to create a more elevated, cohesive brand aesthetic—one that allowed a broad mix of colors, prints, and products to live harmoniously on the floor, while still offering the shopper clear pathways to build their own look through mix-and-match assortments.

To bring this vision to life, I developed creative concepts that included color palettes, print collections, styling cues, and cross-merchandising strategies—all designed to support product development and inspire confident buying. I created four core design themes (Coastal, Modern, Farmhouse, and Global), each expressed through two destination-inspired concepts, for a total of eight unique room stories. Each included full-room inspiration—bedding, towels, shower curtains, rugs, and décor—along with custom color stories and curated prints.
AI-Assisted Design
What made this project especially dynamic was my use of AI-generated imagery to build photorealistic, professional-quality visuals. By controlling angles, lighting, styling, and mood, I crafted a fresh, editorial presentation that helped Walmart visualize how these collections would come together and translate in the home—balancing broad consumer appeal with a more modern, design-driven approach to the category.
