Lolë Spring/Summer 2025 — Trend, Concept, Color, & Materials Direction
Project OvervieW:
For Spring/Summer 2025, I partnered with Lolë to develop trend, concept, and color direction for their outerwear, activewear, and accessories collections across Women’s, Men’s, Girls’, and Boys’ categories. These presentations were designed as visual selling tools for a large consumer retailer, intended to inspire confident seasonal buying decisions.
My role encompassed in-depth market research, focused on trend and color, analyzing key brands in the market, and blending those insights with intuitive, creative exploration to shape a forward-thinking vision. I crafted color palettes, curated imagery, and designed layout presentations, balancing commercial appeal with brand integrity. Each section includes silhouette trends, detailed color stories, and final landed palettes, presented in a highly visual format filled with texture, inspiration, and market relevance. The product assortment for this project was focused on outerwear, primarily rain jackets, softshell and fleece pieces.

Women’s Collection
The Women’s color direction was the most expansive and trend-driven, combining sophisticated outdoor neutrals with fresh, fashion-forward hues. The palettes spanned a wide range of tones, saturations, and moods, offering both versatility and distinctiveness to meet a broad range of consumer preferences.

Men’s Collection
For Men’s, the focus was on timeless, core palettes elevated with muted, dusty tones that felt both safe and refined. These sophisticated variations provided retailers with confident, enduring choices that align with the brand’s modern outdoor aesthetic.

Girls’ Collection
The Girls’ direction drew from the women’s palette, reimagined with playful, youthful energy. In addition to color, we developed a dedicated print collection focused on fun, approachable patterns designed to resonate with younger consumers. This presentation included a print trend inspiration page, a collection of print artwork options, colorways for the final print selection, and CADs pages showing jacket silhouettes colored up in both solid and print options. To complete the story, I created fashion sketch page to showcase scale, placement, and bring added dimension and visual interest to the final presentation.

Boys’ Collection
The Boys’ palette drafted from the men’s direction, maintaining a sophisticated core while incorporating stronger, more energetic colors. This mix created a versatile offering with both boldness and balance, tailored for a younger consumer.

Materials: Fabrics & Trims Inspiration
To complement the color and design direction, I developed a Materials & Trims Inspiration package highlighting branding details, specialty cords, pullers, closures, zippers, and narrow goods. Accent colors and reflective elements were explored through all-over print applications and heat transfer techniques, adding dimension and performance-focused style across the collection.
